Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Perk / Loyalty Membership Website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using the site. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by accessing or using the site.

  1. Membership: a. Perk Membership is open to anyone who registers on our website.  b. Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of registration, but will be automatically extended unless you advise otherwise.

  2. Membership Benefits: a. Members receive exclusive discounts and access to special offers on products and services. 

  3. Payment: a. We don't accept any payments to join our perk/loyalty program and no contract or supply agreement exists. There is no monetary value associated with registering for any of our Perk/Loyalty memberships. They are not transferable. 

  4. Any discounts or offers are offered in a purely discretionary manner and in good faith, they can be amended or withdrawn at anytime at the companies sole discretion and without prior warning or notice. 

  5. To receive any discount you must advise our staff that your are a GO loyalty member at the point of booking. No discount can be retrospectively applied once a booking has been made, a job completed and or payment has been taken. 

  6. To be eligible for any discount you must be a GO Loyalty card member prior to the date of your booking, we can not apply discount to memberships that have commenced on or after the date of a booking.

  7. Termination of Membership: a. We reserve the right to terminate any membership at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these terms and conditions or misuse of the site. b. Termination of membership will result in the loss of all benefits and privileges associated with membership.

  8. Privacy Policy: a. We take your privacy seriously and will not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law. b. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

  9. Intellectual Property: a. All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of our company and is protected by copyright law. b. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on our website without our prior written consent.

  10. Disclaimer of Warranties: a. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the information on our website or the suitability of our products or services for any particular purpose. 

  11. Governing Law: a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is located. b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration association in the jurisdiction in which our company is located.

  12. Changes to Terms and Conditions: a. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, by posting the revised terms on our website. b. Your continued use of our website or our products or services after the posting of any revised terms shall be deemed acceptance of those revised terms.

  1. 20% off discount is applicable only to the vehicle rental, is not valid for any additional extra's i.e. excess protection, additional driver. 

  2. Discount can only be applied at the point of making an online booking only

  3. Discount code can not be added to previous bookings already made

  4. Applies to bookings made online, via our website only

  5. Can not be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions

  6. Offer can be withdrawn or amended at anytime by the company without giving advance notice, and does not form any contractual obligation.

  7. Offer runs from 15th May 2024 until 31st August 2024 

  8. Discount is only applied to bookings that take place between these dates, not future bookings beyond the end date of the promotion.

  1. You must be over 25 years of age and have been driving for over 3 years

  2. You must not have in excess of 6 penalty points on your licence and never have been disqualified from driving

  3. You must the vehicle on for commuting to work and for social domestic and pleasure purposes

  4. There is a fair usage cap and drivers are not expected to exceed 50 miles per day - please let us know if you think you will exceed this.

  5. You must ensure the vehicle is not used or driven by anyone other than you as the authorised name driver

  6. The vehicle must not leave your care or custody

  7. The vehicle must be locked and secured at all times it is not in use. 

  8. Please treat the car with care and return the vehicle to us in the same condition it was issued to in

  9. GO reserve the right to charge a late return charge of £40 if you do not return the vehicle at the required and agreed time. Late is deemed as 1 hour or more beyond the agreed return time. 

  10. GO reserve the right to charge a cleaning charge if the vehicle is returned to us significantly dirtier than when it was issued

  11. The named driver (customer) is responsible for any and all charges, tolls, or fines incurred whilst you have the vehicle. 

  12. The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when issued, otherwise our displayed pence per litre will be charged.

  13. Any negligent damage to the vehicle or loss to items (key etc.) may be chargeable to the customer.

  1. Offer must be applied at the time of booking and directly through our website

  2. Offer can not be applied retrospectively

  3. Offer is subject to availability and can be amended or withdrawn at anytime and without notice

  4. Can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount

  5. Blue light discounts or gold card discounts can not be applied to the price of a service if a FREE MOT is being applied

  6. Offer only applicable on class 4 MOTs

  7. Offer is for retail customers only
